1. Reservation Etiquette: We highly value your time and effort in making a reservation. If you are unable to keep your reservation, we kindly request that you cancel it as soon as you are aware of the change in your plans. This will allow us to accommodate other guests effectively.

2. Reservation Grace Period: Upon arriving for your reservation, you have a 15-minute grace period. If you are delayed, please notify us in advance. After the grace period, we may need to give away the table to waiting guests.

3. Time Limit: For parties of one to six guests, we allocate a maximum dining time of two hours to ensure all guests can enjoy their dining experience promptly. For parties of more than six, the time limit is extended to two and a half hours. We believe that these policies will help create a comfortable and enjoyable environment for all our guests. 4. Parties exceeding 8 or more guest's must be booked by emailing reservations@priveekc.com or by calling (816) 800-4500 and speaking with the management team.   

5. Cancellation Policy: Please note that reservations must be canceled with at least 24 hour's notice. Cancelations with less than 24 hour's notice are subject to a $35 charge per guest. (Please note that any decrease in party size will result in a $35 per guest no-show fee that will be applied to the dinner bill for all parties of 4+ guests) Please notify us beforehand to avoid fee.

DRESS CODE/POLICIES

We kindly ask that you respect our business casual dress code and other policies regarding established standards of etiquette listed below.

The following attire is strictly prohibited:

• graphic t-shirts (including designer brands)

• sleeveless shirts or tank tops for men

• jean shorts or athletic shorts

• baggy or saggy pants

• sweatsuits or athletic attire

• sport leggings

• hoodies

• clothing that is overly revealing

• extremely short skirts or shorts

• baseball caps or trucker hats

• headscarves or doo-rags

• slides or flip-flops

Admittance to our establishment is at the discretion of management who reserves the right to refuse service to patrons who are inappropriately dressed regardless of the reservation status.
